1. What is the Contest?

2. What is the contest duration?
The Contest will commence at 00:00 hrs on 15th May, 2020 and end at 23:59 hrs on 17th May, 2020 (“Contest Period”)

3. How and when the winners will be selected?
There will be total of 8 winners, with 3 winners each day for the first two days (500th,1000th and 1500th) and 2 winners on last day of contest. (500th and 1000th) Participants with the right answer will be winners for the day and winners list will be declared on 10th June, 2020 On Flipkart Mobile category landing page. Terms and Conditions Preliminary
1. This Contest (“Contest”) is being run and sponsored by Motorola India Pvt. Ltd.(“Brand”) on Flipkart mobile app only (“Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
2. By participating in this Contest, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by: a) these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and b) the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (https://www.flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform and

6. There will be total of 8 winners, with 3 winners each day for the first two days (500th,1000th and 1500th) and 2 winners on last day of contest (500th and 1000th). 7. Your email id should be registered/updated with flipkart in order to be considered for the winner selection process. Any order without email id registered with us will be excluded from the process. Day 1 & 2 of the contest: 2 winners-1st winner(500th participant with right answer) for each day of contest will get a Newly launching Moto Edge Plus each at just Rs. 1 by 25th of June, 2020. 4 winners- 2nd and 3rd winners (1000th and 1500th participant with right answer) for each day of contest will get a Moto E6s phone each at just Rs. 1 by 25th of June, 2020. Day3 of the contest: 2 winners(500th and 1000th participant with right answer) will get a Moto One Marcro phone each at just Rs. 1 by 25th of June, 2020.
8. If You have made multiple entries during the Contest Period, only the first instance will be considered for the purpose of this Contest.
9. You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
10. By participating in this Contest, it would be deemed that You have given Us/Brand Your consent to contact You through call, SMS or email on the details provided by You for the purpose of this Contest.
11.Decision of Brand/Flipkart shall be final in the selection of the Winners and Participants cannot dispute or challenge the decision under any circumstances.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This Contest is valid only in India except for the state of Tamil Nadu.
2. The Contest is open only to the end consumers and not the resellers of the Eligible Product(s).
3. Contest is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks. The Prize shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart and are not transferable.
4. This Contest is being run by Brand on Flipkart Platform.
5. Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary, and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.
6. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the Contest and/or the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Contest.
7. The Contest shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Contest may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Brand and/or Flipkart.
8. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Contest.
9. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of Product(s). Flipkart shall not be responsible towards any delay or failure of delivery of the Product to any Customer(s) during the provided timeline.
10. Customer understands that this Contest and other offers are provided by Brand on the Flipkart platform and Flipkart shall not be liable towards the quality of the Product and/or fulfilment of the Contest and/or warranty claims and/or after sales services of the Product(s) and/or taxes arising out of the same. Any claim or dispute in relation to the same must be directed towards Brand only.
11. This Contest is neither created/owned nor sponsored by Flipkart. Flipkart shall not be responsible if this Contest is in violation with any applicable law. Brand shall be solely responsible towards any losses suffered by and/or penalties levied on Flipkart due to this Contest being in contravention to any applicable laws. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided hereunder this T&C and the Frequently Asked Questions, Brand shall indemnify Flipkart against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart a) due this Contest (or part of Promotion) being in contravention with any applicable laws; b) due to any act or omission of Brand; c) claim by any third party for any breach/infringement of their proprietary/intellectual property rights; d) claim raised by any customers against Flipkart in relation to this Contest.
12. Customer hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions and privacy policy and other documents as may be applicable to him/her while accessing the Platform also to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C and other terms of the Platform by Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Customer’s part.
13. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
14. Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any customer/persons.
15. Any query regarding this Contest will be entertained only till 30th July, 2020. Post such date Flipkart/Brand will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Contest from any persons.
16. The Contest shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
17. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
